Delivery, Setup and Collection

• As it's an overnight hire, setup is later in the day (time tbc).
• Setup and collection takes about 1.5 hours, please include this in your planning.
• Power / Electricity – we require a standard, dedicated UK 3 pin power socket to power our blowers. We provide extension leads up to 50m long. We do no supply generators.
• Outdoor bookings - Inflatables set up outdoors must be on real grass only (not artificial grass) so it can be secured into the ground using heavy duty metal pegs.
• Venue or Hall hire – do not book online! You MUST email us before booking on info@4fungroup.co.uk and include the time you have the venue and the party start times so we check we are available at the set times and it does not clash with other venue bookings.
• Access & space requirements – we require clear access of at least 70cm wide to carry our equipment. Please ensure there is sufficient space for our equipment. For indoor venue bookings check the height as this is the biggest issue with indoor bookings.

Booking and Payment

• We require £30 non-refundable booking fee payable when booking to secure booking, deducted from final balance.
